Submiting new ticket .

First thing you need to do before trying to submit a new ticket is to register or login on our system . 


After logging in and creating a new ticket you will receive "e-mail" notices each time your ticket gets a reply or if it has it's status modified. 

You will also receive instructions (in the e-mail notice) regarding replying on a specific ticket , please follow them if you wish to get your ticket replied properly  and on time .
